What will you do

Job Description of MEP - QS Estimator :

• Liaising with clients to identify their needs
• Estimating quantities , costs and time scales for material and labor
• Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
• Advising on the maintenance costs of specific building
• Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payment
• Preparing tender and contract document
• Following building regulations and health and safety
• Working at a client's business in an office or on a construction site

Head Office or Construction Site Project

What you bring

• Min. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, mechanical , or similar.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same positions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Having an experience in Construction / Project specific in an Industrial - Manufacturing.
